5 Spice Seasoning

RECIPE

1 tbsp of fresh ground fennel seeds 1 tbsp of fresh ground cinnamon 1 tbsp of fresh ground star anise 1 tsp of Szechuan peppers (or Rainbow peppercorns if you can’t find it) 1/8 tsp of ground cloves

METHOD

1. Grind spices together. 2. Mix and use.
